Reality check on pacing

FSI's own baseline to ILR S-3 for Category III languages is 1,100 classroom hours. The 60-day sprint compresses this by dropping redundancy (parallel tracks, instructor pairs) and stacking modern acceleration (Gemini TTS/ASR, Anki FSRS, Refold input). It targets S-2+, not S-3. The 90-day compressed lane reaches S-3 at a 6h/day load — the only lane that does. Anything under 30 days is S-1/S-1+ territory: survival functional, not operative-ready.
